Read again this post (even not between the lines) and you get the
answer to your question.

The list still mainly exist because of some narrow minded people still
looking at any evidence announcing their only dream to come true :
TradeStation finally disappearing, and this list is their fanzine, their
liaison bulletin.

Well, at least they show some patience (more than 20 years ranting, and
still writing some new but still stupid advices and things like this
below).

Null...

I would say that is fallacious. The posts on Elite Trader recently about the
spotty server performance of Tradestation....and then about the incredibly
MASSIVE "TRAD" stock selling by none other than Billy and Ralphy recently
....are quite telling. Tradestation is going downhill fast.

There are new kids on the block....namely Thinkorswim (great service,
support, reliability...terrible programmability) and NinjaTrader (great
everything, even documentation !).
Multicharts and Amibroker are also in the running...albeit they are in the
back.
Interactive Brokers is just a crap-shoot...their API is so full of holes,
it's like swiss cheese...
and of course, they use outsourced programmers.(touch of bitterness ? YOU
BET !)
