I checked out the ETS site too and it specifically states that all sales
are final. NO REFUNDS.
It reminds me of a guy I knew who was something of a con man. He sold
vacuum cleaners door-to-door. When asked what kind of guarantee he
offered, he would reply "I guarantee that if you aren't 100% satisfied,
I'll be very surprised." He would laugh about the rubes that would
actually accept this. (he's in jail now :)
