Rhetus, any CD you buy off Ebay is going to be an illegal copy in
one way or another.  The license agreement for TradeStation is
non-transferrable.  If you are not buying original software from
either TradeStation or one of their resellers, then the software 
is either pirate software or someone illegally selling their copy.

As with all things in life, you get what you pay for!
