Tracking Center data to MS Access?

As I understand the Tracking Center is supposed to be a MS Access database.
Which file do I need to access to get the data opened up in MS Access?  In
which file are the Tracking Center data stored?  Any tricks to know to get
the Tracking Center data imported into MS Access?  TIA,
