Rajesh,
You do not indicate which flavor of Windows. In Win95 you can access via
start|settings|control panel|regional settings|date. For other flavors
(NT, 3.11, etc.) you would probably find in the Control Panel as well. I
haven't configured a 3.11 box in a couple of years. Hope this helps.
