Hi Michael,

Strange. It works almost the way it used to with Firefox. I have to
use the Paste Special - Text command instead of just Paste, but when
I do I end up with just the unformatted text that I want.

Something has been changed at that site. This was never a problem
before the site remodel over the weekend.

Anybody have any idea what they did? Whatever it was, it causes a
table copy done with MSIE 7, when pasted into Excel, to trigger an
outbound connection to that site. I have discovered I can block the
connection, but I pay a fairly steep time penalty.

With Firefox, I just have to use Paste Special - Text instead of
simply Paste. There is no connection attempt of any kind.

Best,

Yuki
