You can start with a small Cam and netmeeting. Even with this under 50Eur
equipment you can do a lot.
You can work together at a word document or you can give the permission to
someone else to drive your mouse from his desk .
(just examples !)
netmeeting will supervise who is online. so you really don't need a high
priced videoconferncing system.
Disadvantage is sometimes the speach will have a delay due to internet
traffic..then it looks like a bad Hollywood synchronization *g

(to the experts: i just picked netmeeting because it's free, there may be
other disadvantages or better programs but i like the free of cost)
