Steve W,

To learn the basic info, you can contact the exchanges and get a ton of
material for free. You can then supplement this information with books from
the public library. Out of pocket so far is close to zero, so I just saved
you a small fortune. After studying for a year or two and perhaps doing
some paper trading, you may be ready for a live human mentor. That is when
you may want to consider spending some serious money to have someone guide
your studies and sit with you for a week and guide your trading. Let us know
when you are ready for the mentor step.

Best Wishes,

Norman

P.S. I am skeptical about anything robotic teaching anything beyond very
basic principles. Trading is a little bit science and a little bit art.
Somewhat like learning to play a musical instrument, you can learn the very
basics out of a book. But, eventually you need to pick up the instrument and
practice, practice, practice. At that point, you may want someone to monitor
what you are doing to make sure you are practicing the correct techniques in
order to maximize your performance. I doubt that anything less than a very
experienced human could perform this function.
