Steve,

What kind of trading are you interested in? Day trading, swing trading,
intermediate-term, etc.
Are you talking about stocks, options or commodities?
If stocks, do you prefer Nasdaq or listed?
If you are too new to know which, maybe you should do some reading before
travelling to a course.
If you already know which you'd like to do, people on the list might be able
to help you more if you are more specific.
