pro's input on system

Can some of you traders offer me input on the following system 
for daytrading stocks?

Buy/Sell when the 14 bar ADX>30
Buy if ADX>30 is going up
Sell if ADX>30 is going down

And:

Closing price is above/below 13 bar exponential moving average

And:

MACD(12,26,9) signals a buy/sell signal.
