Just sharing a little Christmas cheer here with a pictoral of the Modified
Option Strategy Spectrum. It is in the oversold zone. It can go lower as
evidenced in October. The Z timer needs to pivot upward for a buy signal.
But as option traders anticipation and probability play a part of entry and
exit so the chart at this time says that bull spreads would be favored over
outright calls. A drop down to the lowest zone would permit a lower risk
entry with a long call position or credit put spread.
