While I'm no fan of Windows or its firewall, I suspect it's better than nothing.
Notice that the test apparently checked only "leaks," i.e. outbound intrusions
(extrusions!? :-). I don't think the Windows firewall even attempts to block
those, so it's no surprise it failed all the leak tests.
