I'll send you my repairs document off list.  

First thing to do is backup (copy) your Server folder to a different location.  You must turn TS2ki off to do this.  A good copy of the Server or at least the PDS folder is key to not losing your data.

You have rebooted haven't you?  If not do.  If not better then try reinstalling TS2ki.
