Robert,

Just got off your web site - guess what - you still have a link to the demo on
your site - your site still says that the demo is available. The demo can't be
downloaded - hasn't been available for download for months but the offer is
still there. Your site says that the demo is available you say the demo is not
available - your site is advertising one thing and you're saying another. Do you
have any idea what happens in the US went you advertise one thing and say
another? Can you spell Fraud?

"You like, you buy." So if I believe the hype - and I believe that it will work
on my setup - I get to - Buy to Try? Ya right, I can see you selling a boat load
of that software. Great marketing move. Do yourself a favor - track your sales.

I take it that you mean Lee Goldberg - the guy that wrote the original post?
So Lee tells us that he sent you the forms and you tell us that he send then to
the wrong address - are you trying to tell us that Lee did nothing when the
service was not provided?

Just got off your site again. Did not see an announcement on your "Free
Trader's Tools" page that says anything about the tools stopping at years end.
Are you going to refund my donations that I paid for your "free" software? I
know that I was under no obligation to make the donation, however I did.

I wonder if your site is going to tell your users about that little problem that
your customers are going to experience at years end - or is that going to be a
surprise also? Or are the users going to be making donations on Dec 31, 2005
for software that doesn't work on Jan1, 2006? We need a legal beagle - Question
is that not fraud?

> 1 simple questions, we have to ask your permission for vacation?

Let me quote myself: "There is no information on your site that says any thing
about HyperTrader being closed until Sep 5. What are we - your potential
customers - to think? Even if tech support is still home - how are we - your
potential customers -
going to be treated? No answer - that's how. Do you have any idea how that
makes us feel? Do you really think that not being contacted gives us a warm
fuzzy feeling about your company and it's abilities?"

Funny, I don't see that I said anything about asking permission. However, I
did ask "What are we - your potential customers - to think? ....how are we -
your potential customers - going to be treated? .....Do you have any idea how
that makes us feel? Do you really think that not being contacted gives us a
warm fuzzy feeling about your company and it's abilities?"

Obviously you have no answers for the questions that were asked. Wonder why?

> For your info:
> The team restart Sep 5, i will be away until Sep 29 :)

Are we to take that to mean that tech support is going to be down from Sep 5 to
Sep 29?
