I know your speaking a little tongue in cheek, but I can attest first
hand (from just working
with an exchange / clearing house), its the system traders that
consistently put money in the bank
and the speculators, punters & other non-sophisticated (I.E. in a rush,
this is "easy" etc) traders
that funded them.
System trading is not a guarantee, even the best still had equity
swings, but more often than
not the same names appeared at the top.

Also I don't think he mentioned that the landfill altho 300 feet high is 30
