Wish I had a source file compare for EL

Hello omega-list,

  I wish I had a tool to file compare two EL source files.  I quickly
  scan to see if I could find the file associated with a particular
  indicator or signal code but I did not find it?  When doing source
  changes its good practice to compare the changes you've made to the
  code.  That way, you know that you have not dropped a line of code
  somewhere.  But I guess that can not be done with EL.    I also want
  to compare TS6 to 2000i codes.
