Michael Mermer is threatening legal actions against me for sending a copy of
his webpage/site to the NFA and CFTC. On what basis can he sue me for? For
forcing him to change his website?
What kind of trouble am I in? I have not posted,nor will I ever post his ETS
because I don't have and don't want it. Thank you for all the offers to send
it to me for posting but this is not something I really need right now. So
he can't get me for violating a licensing agreement.
Please, send me all the advice I would need (privately) and support
(publicly).
