Gregg, you can manually drag up/down the upper/lower ends of your
vertical axis (price), which forces the pivots to plot outside the
chart and thus rescale your price chart.
Alternatively, you could try (as some of my clients have done through
my programming services) to code the pivots so that they plot only
just beyond the price extremes at any time.
