[EquisMetaStock Group] Allowing colors for up and down volume

I've created an indicator to show the up volume in green and the down 
volume in red, but it always only shows the volume bars in red. Since 
mine didn't work, I tried one that I found in this group. It also 
always shows all the bars in red.

Do I need to set on option or flag somewhere so I can use multiple 
colors in an indicator?
