Thanks everyone,
I looked at all three programs and found Windows Live Sync the closest
to my requirements. The only problem I see is that WLS doesn't allow
overlap between shared and personal folders. Pity because I want to sync
all my work on my personal computers but want to share projects with
only those I work with. However creating a few extra folders solves
the problem.
WLS Shared folders are great for trading teams. All members
of the team automatically are using the latest code.
