OMIGOSH - this is just so much....."the new offshore software paradigm"....
everyone is foresaking USA-based programmers because they are "so
expensive"....
and then when the INDIANS and RUSSIANS really "show their stuff".....
it sucks.

Bottomline: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
BTW: HistoryCentre is cheap, right ?
