mIRC and TS4 and open a chart = TS4 lockup

If I have the chat program(mIRC 6.03) open and TS4 running, with the charts
already open(before starting mIRC) there is no problem.  But if I try to
open a chart and mIRC is already running, TS4 will lock up.  I have to
Cntl-Alt-Del  TS4, and restart the server to get it running again.
Sometimes I have to reboot the computer.

If anyone has had a similiar experience, I would appreciate some help
troubleshooting this.
