I have used Barchart for the past 2-3 years and been very satisfied. They 
reply promptly to questions, (even dumb ones) and the answers are clear. The 
cost is pretty reasonable

Well, I've used Pinnacle for the last several years since my
personal experience with CSI and their handling of users
was less than satisfactory.

Pinnacle, may not be as sophisticated as CSI but they certainly
have a heart for the user and I love the cost ! ! !
