Since June 14th, I've not been able to download any
historical data from HistoryBank through my GlobalServer.
In particular, I'm downloading S&P and Emini futures data.
I use Esignal -- and have had no problems before.
Within one-minute of initiating a download, I get the
"Download Failed -- Please see Global Server Event
Log for details" error message.
When I check the even log, it says:
"Download failed, please check other messages"
And the prior message says:
"The server name or address could not be resolved""
Any suggestions are welcomed!
