I to had the same problem. IQFeed's number can't be correct. I didn't
get live data as my net was down, but after downloading the history data
I go the same junk! This is a question for IQFeed! I hope the data
gets fixed. It really screwed things up. Today's data seemed ok
though.

Since I can't seem to get thru to the dtn list, I thought I'd try

All the Issues history data (advancing, declining, unchanged)I
downloaded
from dtnIQ using dynatore plots as only 3 digits. The live data I
received
throughout the day was correct.
Anyone else having problems with the history downloads? Volume for the
issues data seems to be missing also.
