I don't think so. I think that is per trade. In the beginning I was paying
15.99 plus any exchange fees and additions for high volumes. The call in
price for an order is over $30 so it all averaged out. now that I am over
100 trades per month the fees are$10 plus other fees. I would say my average
trade is $12.
