Key: Fresh Win2K installation - no update of Win98, etc.
Result: no problems in over 18 months.
Caveat: power outages, spikes, etc. that occur in real-time......then MAJOR
PROBLEMS.
Solution: Back-up \Server directory each night after Global Server is
shutdown.
