Not a bad idea, but wouldn't the SEC be the better agency to contact?  AOL
was virtually forced to forego advertising for new customers by the FCC when
they were caught without enough dialup capacity in many areas of the
country.  Likewise, AT&T wireless was given a proctological exam for
overselling the New York area without enough cellular capacity.  If
statements like the below are true, it could indicate not only faulty
software, but possible trade accounting problems.  Certainly a company in
this condition should not be aggressively trolling for new customers on
CNBC.
