Can TS2K plot trade volume, bid, ask on ES, NQ emini?

Is it possible to do this?
TS4 captured the volume but not bid and ask.
The TS2K GS has zero in the ES volume field.
I have set GS to capture bid & ask data but do not see any way to plot it.
I see fields for it in the Quick Quote window.
