Here is how I read it, but am guessing at it.  The dl patch was supposed to
permit the GS to receive and utilize the changes in the new dtn datastream.
For some reason they pulled it, who knows why.  In its place they came up
with the reg mods so the TS charting would not drive the cpu useage up the
wall like it did last time.  If you note, the reg mod has to do with chart
time out.  This appears to be a temporary fix so the new data can still be
used but maybe not at its full functionality, like for emini volume and tick
correction.  Last time the server still collected the data but without the
enhancements but the TS Charting had a problem with it.  So it just seems to
me right now that Omega is providing as limited a solution as possible so we
can keep running on one leg.  Be sure to keep your Windows Task Manager
(w2000) open to the Performance button and watch the CPU Usage for
abnormalities.  In Dec the useage went from a few percent to 85% on a dual
cpu.
