CL_DTN phone call

   I called DTN and got Ken.  He said No-one at 
DTN this week-end who could do what I asked, so
I asked him to call someone & "pass down line" the
Fol:  Transmit OHLCV & P codes sometime before
Globex on Sunday evening. ( My thought if we got
the Vol info, we would have an idea things work before 
Globex Sunday).

    He said that this Sat AM, DTN had implemented 
the same change that bombarded us back a few weeks ago.
