[EquisMetaStock Group] Dr. Van Tharp web site reliable?

Has anyone ever ordered material from Van Tharp web site ?   Is it reliable?

The web site stated that International Shipments required 4-6 weeks delivery.  While I am in the process of ordering book  (Definitive Guide to Position sizing ),   there is no  Priority Mail International - postal service rate. 

 

So I sent email to  info@xxxxxxxx  to request  shipping cost . I did mail couple times and also got autoresponse reply mail  but so far haven't got any human response.  Any suggestion  would be much appreciated.
