[EquisMetaStock Group] Divergence

I have some questions regarding divergence and zigzag.

Does metastock uses the valid peak or non valid peak for the peak function? 
I coded a osc divergence using zigzag with the first peak lower than the 
previous peak. However when chart, some of the stocks have peak not lower 
than the previous one but the second peak is lower than the third one (A few 
of them)

Also some stocks with divergence but the stock has move quite a bit from the 
signal (Zigzag lags...) Can someone show how to code so the osc (Stoch) has 
divergence and make a pivot turn? Dan
