I got this from another group:
Procedure for adjusting the data for Bonus.
1. Obtain split ratio
2. Split ratio in case bonus is calculated as follows:-
Bonus Ratio – A : B. Split ratio A+B : B
Example
Price of stock ABC before bonus Rs 100/-
If Bonus ratio is 7:3, split ratio will be 10:3
Price of stock ABC after adjustment for bonus will be Rs 30. (
100*3/10).
3. Follow the procedure specified in Adjusting data for stock
splits.
