"In " Beneath the Veil", London-based documentarian Saira Shah takes a
personal trip back to the homeland of her father and delivers a critical
look at the difficult life, for women in particular, under the ruling
Talaban in Afghanistan".
So begins the opening paragraph from Saturday L.A. Times of their review
of the docummentary that will be shown on CNN at 8:00 PM PDT, tonight
and tomorrow at 4:00PM.
It was originally aired in England in June, and shown on CNN on Aug. 26.
