this seems strange, because the cme reduced its rates from 60/mo. to 10/mo.
in jan. 2000 to attract more small retail customers to trade its mini
contracts.  such a shame if they raise rates again.

can anyone verify if they are in fact going to raise rates?  i will look
into also.

this is need to know info.
