Increased and decreased longs

Hi All,

Is there a way to create a System tester that will increase or decrease the
amount invested. For example:
If ma is crossed then go long and invest 10000
if macd is over 0 then increase to 20000
if macd is lower than 0 decrease by 10000
if ma is crossed then close position.
