I don't know what y'all are trying to do. But all indicators have a
horizontal line with color and  thickness options. If an indicator say a MA
is placed in the price plot window you can set lines there using the
properties of the MA. you can drag a horz line to at point and change its
properties

For those new to MSWIN or who have not tapped its power yet. Start RIGHT
CLICKING anything on chart. You will be amazed at what you can do.
