Using Quotes.com files in MSPRO

[cma <cma@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

I downloaded from a Quotes.com file called "nyse0309.txt"
    I have a MetaStock directory called  c:\mspro\zpractic   which
contains 4 securities:  A,  AA,   ADM,  and AGE each with no records.
How do I get the data from the Quotes.com file "nyse.txt" into the
MetaStock directory?
    I tried using Downloader 6.0's Convert utility but to no avail.
