I have no detailed knowledge of THMurry or MurreyMath. I have read his e-mail with, I think, an open mind, but I have just about written him off as a reliable source of information. Other posts have been specific about his being unable to produce before-the-open predictions of the market. I think one of his posts describing what the market was going to do in the first half-hour was posted after that half-hour had taken place! His descriptions of what he did in the market on some day could be from reading the charts after the fact and making up a story to fit it.
I am further disturbed by his lack of manners and arrogance. He somethimes sounds like a person in a manic state (rambling, switching topics rapidly, etc.). To be fair, some very intellegent people have that trait without being truely manic. His long absences could be depressive times, but I don't really know.
I looked at his web-site, but came away unenlightened. It is very much like his posts to this list. I have started deleting his posts, unread.
