I tried your OBTR formula as an MS indicator, but with not much success
yet. On a chart trending upward (generally), the OBTR line was roughly
downward trending and crossing roughly in the middle. Would this have
any particular significance to you? I'm afraid I don't have very much
experience with building formulae to tailor your contribution. Also the
9-period ema came out virtually on top of the indicator.
