There is generally enough volume on the R2000 emini for you
to see little or no slippage if you sell 2 contracts near the close.  If
you execute a market order, you should expect to sell on the bid and buy on
  the ask.

Please; I would like to know the exact dates
that the e-mini futures contracts switched from one quarter to the next
    in
years 2001 through 2004.  In this
connection; I'm looking for something more specific than "check it by
    volume".

Also; can anyone please comment on what %
slippage factor is reasonable to expect if I were to trade maximum (2)
Russell 2000 e-mini contracts at the close?

Thank you for your thoughts or
    comments.

    Chas
