Here is same  volume based set up that uncovered problem in this stock long 
time before analysts downgraded. Its for patient short sellers.
This is same set up I brought up to Your attention when Enron collapsed 
almost 1 yr ago.

watch up trending stock with rising Negative Volume Index this is bad sign of 
stock distribution.
Correlation helps to search & explore which stocks are suspects.
When correlation index falls below blue line signal is triggered.
 On 10-10 volatility signal kick in warning of big move coming.
On 10-18 positive volume index dropped below moving average right when price 
reach new highs.
There is signal from ease of movement not shown here signaling sell 
divergence.

from 10-18 & $51 price
 to 10-31@ $40.5 or 11-8 @ $37 good money in 2-3 weeks
