You could type the text using notepad. In windows, go to start -> run ->
type in notepad and you will get a simple text editor. Once you have
finished typing your text, save it. No need to worry about being online.
Assuming you have outlook/outlook express, you can address the email to who
you wish, add the notepad text by using the Insert -> File Attachment menu
item. Locate the file you created using notepad, add it to the email, and
you are done.
