Yes, the cumulative net volume runs continuously from day to day starting
with the previous day's value.  That is how Ben taught it and it looks
pretty good that way.  Ben's work appears to be similar to two articals by
Mason Williams in Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities.  January
1989 has the Technical Index and April 1989 has the Master Oscillator.
