a technical perspective, bonds are pushing against a tough support point of 
104-05/104-03.  104-05 is the weekly 
first support point and 104-03 is last week&#8217;s low.<SPAN 
style="mso-spacerun: yes">  If prices are not able to break through 
this range a more important test of this week&#8217;s high 105-25 is likely to develop 
over the next few days.  If prices 
break 104-03 a quick move to test support at the monthly pivot point of 103-25 
should develop. Keep in mind that on the daily charts the market looks 
like it is forming a &#8220;head and shoulder top&#8221;, and that a clean break of 104-03 
would signal that bonds could be heading toward 101-00.<SPAN 
style="mso-spacerun: yes">  This possibility puts great emphasis and 
importance to the 104-03 low of last week.  
Tomorrows PPI report will be critical in determining price
