Hello RT,
Below is the original Chande's formula for RAVI filter:
RAVI = Absolute Value (100 x (7 day MA - 65 day MA) / 65 day MA)
It's supposed to be a measurement of the trendiness of the market, applied
to filter out useless signals.
I haven't been playing with it yet, so just take it for what it's worth.
