If you are running DTN and Ensign you can monitor the CBOE $C/$P by making a
ratio of @DCC/@xxxx Before the breakout this moring it was running below
0.65. It has since risen to 1.82. Bob Carver's OEX ratio at Market Clues
was below 0.5 the last two days and has risen to a high of 1.81 today and is
now at 1.5. 2.0 is considered overbought and below .5 oversold. Don't know
yet if the CBOE levels will be similar. A system backtest on the OEX data
says a buy below 0.5 and a hold for 3 to 4 days works out quite nicely.
