was confirmed as the low pivot point.I had previously forecast a top area for 
this move at 11,800 to 12000 and , although I had the time wrong, we could get 
there by end of year.</FONT></DIV>

believe the first week of the year will be a good shorting 
opportunity.</FONT></DIV>

completed the Research report which discusses each forecast point and discusses 
the reliability and accuracy of the method. I am going to try to post the report

The 12/14/99 Norton AV data file does **NOT** check for the virus that 
was reported. It might be wise to exercise caution until this is 
resolved. Several new viruses are set to trigger comes Y2k...
