The Dow contract, from what I have heard, will not be as popular with
institutions because of the small number of stocks in it. Splitting the SPooz
is a great idea. It will increase volume a liquidity in the market. Locals
love it. the spread between the spooz and the mini will also bring in more
institutions to play arb.
